The Golden Eagle Train, a Hungarian Luxury Train which is going to accommodate foreign tourists arrived in Iran. This Luxury train which was fully escorted, carrying 74 tourists from the U.S, the Netherlands, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Australia arrived in Tabriz at the northwest of Iran.
The tourists flew from Istanbul to Tabriz and got on train. The change in program has happened because of security issues in Turkish cities. During this eight day, the tourists have visited cities of Tabriz, Kashan, Isfahan, Shiraz, Yazd, Mashhad and they left Iran by plane to the Budapest. In Tabriz they paid visits to Azerbaijan Museum, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar.
This Hungarian train started its travel form Budapest and passed Romania, Bulgaria and turkey before entering Iran. This was the fourth time that train has entered Iran since 2014.
